Unlike other chassis made from two separate parts, the Walkinshaw chassis is expertly crafted as a single, continuous frame. It is robotically welded to guarantee consistent and reliable welds at every joint and cross member, ensuring unparalleled quality. Additionally, the A-frame at the front of each chassis is rolled instead of welded, resulting in superior structural integrity and enhanced durability.

Naturally, the Walkinshaw chassis is fully ADR62 compliant, ensuring it meets the highest regulatory standards with ease. Through Walkinshaw we have access to the only 7-post testing rig in the country. The rig can accurately simulate over 20,000km of travel around Australia in hours instead of months, giving us valuable data on how our products perform.
